Curious to test out Firefox's reported memory leak for yourself? There's a contest you can participate in today called Furious Firefox Tabs. It was started by Kevin at theory.isthereason. From his site:

If you're up the challenge, take a screenshot of the most number of browser tabs you can open in Firefox. Upload your image on Flickr and tag it as “furiousfirefoxtabs“.

Check out some of the entries (which are sure to pour in today as time passes) at Flickr.

If you keep opening tabs in Firefox — say, more than 10 or 15 — the browser starts to slow to a crawl. See how many tabs you can open, but participate at your own risk! Oh, and uh... be sure to save all of your work first.
