Subject: Google Down on Pop-Up Sneaks

I am writing in response to the article " Google Down on Pop-Up Sneaks," Feb. 7, 2002.

Perhaps a more interesting piece would be one that discusses the increasing popularity of the still somewhat buggy Mozilla. Starting with version 0.9.7, it enables the user to completely turn off pop-ups.

I became motivated to get and install Mozilla after what I saw as an explosion of pop-ups over the last few months. Yes, Mozilla still has bugs and sometimes crashes. This is but a small price to pay for saying goodbye to pop-up ads. I haven't seen an X10 ad in at least three months!
